Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. Send us whole corn for example. We can unload it, mill and package it however we need. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

If you plan to pack your pet food ingredients into bags and totes you need to make sure they are quality-controlled. The pet food ingredient packaging process involves running each pet food product through an analytics lab to verify its moisture levels and nutrient breakdown. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. If you are able to trust that a bag of fifty pounds of corn flour is actually fifty, you will be able track inventory more accurately.

Fairview Mills is a division J-Six Enterprises that supplies pet food ingredient packaging. This bag is meant for transport and storage. Many clients choose our super sacks, bags and totes with larger capacities. Fairview Mills will still find solutions for each customer. Therefore, we can handle smaller quantities of your contract packaging. These bags can be made from a variety of materials and sealed using a variety of methods. 50 Pound Bag - Perfect For Pallets

Clients who need stackable, manageable bags that can be used individually or in stacks of 50 pound bags will love the fifty pound bags. These bags come in a range of different construction materials and sealing methods. Multiwall paper bags, which can be sewn or pinched to seal them, are an eco-friendly choice. You can choose from a variety of polyethylene bags or polypropylene bag styles, which can either be heat-sealed or sewn. The fifty-pound bags are for ingredient packaging only, and not as finished product packaging. The pet food ingredient packaging can be used for transport and storage.

1000 Pound Tote - Poly Lining!

Totes that can store large amounts of pet food or pet food ingredients are helpful when handling them. Our 1000 pound bags are perfect for transporting bulk pet foods ingredients. These poly-lined totes offer strength and durability. The exterior fabric is covered with a poly lining that will prevent any small particles from getting lost in the poly lining. These large capacity containers are designed for storage and transport, not final packaging. Before filling these bags weighing over a thousand pounds with quality products, we run the ingredients of your pet food through our sifting machine.
