Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills knows that pet food and ingredients are often cheaper to transport in bags than loose products. Fairview Mills, one of the J-Six Enterprises Divisions, has the infrastructure and capability to transload bulk pet food ingredients in loose containers and bag them according your requirements. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. Send us whole corn for example. We can unload it, mill and package it however we need. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

If you plan to pack your pet food ingredients into bags and totes you need to make sure they are quality-controlled. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.
