    Pet food Ingredient Bagging

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills, one of the J-Six Enterprises Divisions, has the infrastructure and capability to transload bulk pet food ingredients in loose containers and bag them according your requirements. This allows you to easily move your products from raw product into ready-to use pet food. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. Next, we vigorously sift your ingredients to get rid of as much dust and chaff. This process improves the quality of your pet foods ingredients. However, it also ensures that fifty-pound bags are filled with your product. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
