    Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage

Fairview Mills knows that pet food and ingredients are often cheaper to transport in bags than loose products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Now your raw corn is ready for the next stage in the pet food industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.

TYPES OF BAGS AVAILABLE FOR PET FOOD INGREDIENT PACKAGING

Fairview Mills wants to solve every problem pet food ingredient suppliers may have. We offer small and large-quantity bags, as well as paper and poly bags. Additionally, we have multiple sealing options. Each bag has its own pros and cons. Fairview Mills offers a wide range of contract packaging options.

25 Kilogram Bag - Our Smallest Size For Pet Food Ingredient Packaging

The twenty-five kilogram bag is the smallest pet food ingredient packaging bag. Fairview Mills, which is a division J-Six Enterprises and pet food ingredient packaging, is made for easy transportation and storage. Not as finished product packaging. Our super sacks and bags are preferred by many clients because they have larger capacities. Fairview Mills will still find solutions for each customer. Therefore, we can handle smaller quantities of your contract packaging. These bags are available in many different configurations and seal methods. Multi-wall papers bags are an eco-friendly choice. They can be closed by pinching or sewing. There are many options for polyethylene bags, including heat sealing and sewn sealing.

50 Pound Bag - Perfect For Pallets

For clients who require stackable bags, fifty-pound bags are an excellent choice. They can be stored individually or in palleted stacks. You can choose from a variety of materials and sealing methods to make these bags. Multi-wall papers bags are an ecofriendly alternative. They can be closed by pinching or sewing. Many polyethylene and polypropylene bags can be purchased with heat sealing or sewn sealing. Our 50-pound bags serve as ingredient packaging, but not product packaging. It is easy to transport and store pet food ingredients.

    1000 Pound Tote, Poly Lined

Totes that can store large amounts of pet food or pet food ingredients are helpful when handling them. The one-thousand pound totes are ideal for transporting large quantities of pet food ingredients. These poly-lined totes offer strength and durability. The exterior fabric's weave will not allow for even the smallest of pet food ingredients to be lost due to the poly lining. These large capacity containers are designed for storage and transport, not final packaging. Before filling these large, one-hundred-pound bags with quality products, your pet food ingredients are run through our sifting equipment.

2000 Pound Super Bag - The Largest Size for Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage

This bulk bag (also known as a Super Sack) is one of our most preferred options for contract packaging. Super sacks have the ability to hold over a ton (or more) of pet food, as well as pet ingredients. These bags are durable and tough. These super sacks are easy to transport and store on their own or on top on pallets. Because of their box-corner design, super sacks can be stackable on top of one another. After we have run your pet food ingredients through the sifting process, these large bags of two thousand pound capacity are filled with your high-quality products. These large capacity containers are not meant to be used as product packaging but for transport and storage.
